DD Garment Solutions was founded in the spring of 2018 by entrepreneurs Stephan Dorfmeister and Christoph Demuth together with the dry-ice specialized mechanical engineer Raphael Rotstein to enable an innovative, robot-based and industrial, sustainable washing of jeans.
In addition, the company produces in various production facilities, amongst others in Poland, Turkey, Egypt and Macedonia high-quality jeans, women's and men's outerwear, merchandising clothing, as well as socks for well-known labels and trading companies worldwide. Our interdisciplinary team has broad expertise in the fields of fashion and clothing, hemp industry, engineering, finance, information and communications (ICT), and business development.
We are an innovative company providing state of the art garment related services, especially in the field of jeans washing and wash design, production of casual wear including merchandising and to represent textile producers from abroad within the DACH-Region following an ecological and sustainable approach.
This year's Fabrics, which took place from 3.-5.9.2019 in Munich, was all about greening and sustainability. As reported by the Textilwirtschaft (TW), numerous "talk rounds" and "expert lectures" took place within the framework of the trade fair, which dealt with the theme of the "Future of Fashion". More than a thousand exhibitors presented the latest developments.
The DD Garment succeeds in developing the project of a sustainable and ecological washing of jeans or garments made of denim fabrics by means of dry ice irradiation within a year.
